Quite surprising hotel in a nice village. Bar and Restaurant very nice. Staff pleasant. Rooms clean adequate maybe a little on the small side. Well worth the stay ..

This is a great wee hotel with private parking comfortable beds and a really nice breakfast included. I did experience some noise from the function going on at nighttime but it finished up around 12.30am and I got to sleep ok afterwards. I had a nice view of the river and was able to check in early which was really helpful.

Perfect Ellon spot to visit the area
From check in to check out - 1st class service, food and entertainment. Rooms are excellent - a bath perfect - breakfast and evening meals superb. All the facilities were spot on.

Good choice in Ellon
We had a very pleasant stay at the New Inn Hotel over a weekend. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The apartment is located separately from the main building, and was very quiet. Plenty of parking and able to park right outside the apartment. The reception staff were somewhat lacking, not unpleasant but not particularly welcoming or cared if we had a good stay on check-out. However all the other staff were very nice, especially in the bar area. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Ellon itself is a lovely town and a good base for the surrounding area. All in all, I would recommend the New Inn for a short stay.
