This iscin need of a good deepnclean tonthe carpet's many stains.
Great staff.
Let down at breakfast with instant coffee would expect filter or machine
The locality was very good, the room was quiet, clean & tidy, on arrival was greeted & treated very well, evening meal & service was very good,
Continental breakfast was limited though, no fruit & yogurt available on the 2nd morning, & fruit juice not topped up, check out at end of stay was quick & easy, a very pleasant stay, would recommend staying.
Stayed in room 2 on the ground floor. The room was spotlessly clean. Bed was really big and comfy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again here.
Had a fabulous stay, staff were fantastic at reception, provided extra pillows when we requested them. Also provided us with tea,coffee and milk when we asked staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good thank you so much we will be back 🌸

Hotel itself could do with a lick of paint.
Air-conditioning kept turning off and didnt feel very cold.
Also we had to keep going over to the restaurant to collect teabags and coffee etc. Could do with having something in the hotel itself to distribute them out.

Where to begin. I arrived after 8pm and was given my room key and room number. The accommodation block is not part of the reception so I walked over and tried to enter the room. Eventually the door opened and I was greeted by a couple in bed enjoying an early night. Not sure who was most embarrassed. Went back to reception and was given a new room & key which didn’t work, so back I went to the reception & Manager returned to room with me & new key and could only get in with her master key. I was let in and unpacked. 10 minutes later, manager returned and now not even her master key could open the door so I was moved to the only other available room a very smelly family room with obvious drain issues.
Breakfast the following morning not great and when I asked for coffee rather than Nescafé Sachets, I was told I had to pay for a machine coffee. Not a great experience and I doubt I will return.
