Attention supercherie
Le complexe tel qu'il est présenté sur le site avec la piscine n'existe pas. Le numéro donné est suspendu et en utilisant la géo-localisation, nous sommes arrivés à un quartier résidentiel où personne ne connaissait cet établissement. En faisant une recherche sur le net, nous avons pu joindre le gérant du vrai complexe Anouanze avec un autre numéro, il nous appris qu'il se situait à Port-Bouvet avec un complexe n'ayant que 8 chambres et sans piscine et que récemment quelqu'un utiliserait frauduleusement le nom de son complexe, des photos truqués et une adresse fictive pour appâter des touristes. Nous avons pu trouver un hôtel en urgence la nuit. Nous avons contacté le site Hotels.com seulement le lendemain faute de connexion et de carte SIM. Ils ont été réceptifs à notre mésaventure et nous ont conseillé de les contacter sur le champ en cas pareil mésaventure pour un relogement rapide. Le traitement de notre dossier pour un remboursement est en cours. Moralité : toujours s'assurer par une tierce personne de la réalité de la proposition et appeler le plus tôt possible le site Hotels.com en cas de difficultés.
