Didn't get to stay upon going into room bathroom was dirty and there was a German momma roach crawling on tv stand so after an 8 hour drive from home to hotel we had to cancel reservation and find a vacany somewhere else.

Very nice staff, parking, and facilities. As a painter, the caulking job done in the bathroom does not reflect the high level of care given in the remainder of the room. It makes cleaning much more tedious for the housekeeping staff, and the poor quality does not reflect well the attention given in the rest of the facility. I suggest your maintenance staff take more care in repairs and also suggest you change to a silicon-based caulk which levels out beautifully and is much easier to keep clean.

The room and whole hotel was clean, comfortable and I couldn't hear any noise or stomping up stairs, or from parking lot. The stay at BW was great! Only thing I would have liked better was the breakfast. Yogurt machine was out of order whole time, food just not quite up to par. People were very friend and helpful

Overall a great stay at a great value. The room was clean. The A/C worked great, thankfully as it was 109° while we were there. The pool was open and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and was typical fare for free breakfast.

Great room, just needs a new mattress.
The hotel was clean and the front desk personnel was ok, but the bed was absolutely uncomfortable. It felt like a metal beam was down the center, not just a firm mattress which I can handle. It was just so bad. The next morning breakfast was sausage, eggs, waffles, and oatmeal offered, my son loved it.
