Once your booking is confirmed, we kindly request that you provide your passport details through the check-in form (sent in your confirmation email) to ensure a smooth check-in process and fulfil our obligations with the Tourism Authority.
Your passport will be used solely for the following purposes:
- Notifying building security to grant apartment access
- Registering your stay with the Tourism Authorities
Please note, the cleaning fees outlined in the price breakdown cover check-out cleaning only. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, feel free to contact us for pricing and availability.
Please also ensure that the access card is returned in good condition. A replacement fee of AED 500 per card will apply if the access card is lost.
