Great staff. We had to check out early before breakfast but the staff were very kind to pack breakfast for a family of five. House keeping staff is great and so is the free shuttle to different attractions. All for a reasonable cost.

The hospitality of the hotel is the worst I have seen so far in the world. The staff is rude and not there to help you. The service is too slow, it took them 1.5 hours to get us the key to room. The hotel policies are built on looting the customers. The breakfast price was quoted 55 durhams at check-in but at breakfast they asked for 62 durhams. The extra price was not informed during check-in.

My family did not had the great experience. We were asked to take a separate room at the last moment. Only this hotel in whole UAE has the policy of staying 2 adults in a room. And hotel rooms were not up to the mark as shown in pictures. The neighborhood and hotel was good. I would suggest calling the hotel before deciding to stay.

PERFECT for ADNEC conference group amazing staff!
We had a group of 25 people here for a conference at ADNEC. The hotel could not have been more perfect. Starting from the incredible location, perfect rooms, excellent and diverse breakfast, all for a very reasonable price, this hotel cannot be beat. Add in the wonderful outdoor space - so good to meet and chat by the pool at the end of a long work day - and the absolutely sweetest and most friendly staff, especially in the restaurant - it was a 10***** experience! And a very good meeting room as well. Congratulations to Premier Inn for making our conference stay so hospitable and memorable.
