I asked the third party agent to replace the water with belaqua or voltic which she agreed and took away the other brand which I think is Verna. She never came back. I called the conceirge and on four different times, they told me someone would deliver the water but to no avail. I requested for it again in the morning with breakfast and nothing happened. This is very appalling.

Second time is NOT a charm
Second time is definitely not a charm. My first trip to the Signature apartments was wonderful so I decided to go back again. Used the same management company (Accra Luxury Apartments) and they flopped. We spent nearly twice per night as we did the week prior but got the worst service from Jennifer (our host). The TV remote didn’t work. All we couple watch was what was prescheduled when the remote worked in the past. She refused to change it. Said we have to pay for upgraded WiFi to get a working remote. The iron was missing from the room. She harassed us about it the entire day before getting us an Iron. She delivered breakfast after 10 am our first morning when we ordered it to be delivered by 8. The list goes on. I’m sad to say I won’t stay at the signature again unless I’m assured a new host. Jennifer was not the one I would recommend.

The stay was good. The location is very convenient. 15 min the the airport and Accra mall. There are many restaurants and grocery stores close to the apartment in case you don’t find what you need in the onsite convenience store. There is also a dry cleaner open Monday through Friday in site. And a pharmacy in case you are sick during your travel. On the 11th floor of the second building there is a cool bar and restaurant with views of the city. Perfect for a hang out or private party. Roof top pool as well. We will come back again.

The property design is really nice and the security are sooo lovely. Some of the receptionist are very unprofessional and look like they cannot be bothered with clients. My host Jennifer was very unprofessional as checking in took over an hour and a half to complete as my room wasn’t ready (even though I paid for the room in full weeks prior). Additionally she moved me the next day to another room because she stated that the room I initially booked for required maintenance and was now available. I had to pack all my bags again and move my mother who was so tired with all the travelling. Overall it was a terrible experience for me and I will not be staying at this place again

SIGNATURE APARTMENTS PROVIDES COMFORT.
I have worked with an international hotel in the US for 27 years and have stayed at different hotels all over the world. I think cleanliness, security guest services are my priorities. Signature Apartments in Accra even though not a hotel, proved that they have a spot amongst 4 star hotels. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the uncontrollable hot water during shower. Overall, I rate the service 10/10. Jennifer, my agent was superb.

I arrived in Ghana late in the evening and was checked into the wrong apartment. However I was not complaining as it was a 2 bed. Half way through my stay a different agent came to inform me that I had to pay for the WiFi. I mentioned that the booking states "FREE WIFI" meaning it's included. He went on to say that "streaming Youtube and Netflix" is not included that I must pay as this is a premium service. ???? He was just making things up at that point. Makes no sense to me. I refused to pay for this as it's part of the amenities (I believe this agent was just trying to extort money from guests typical Ghanaian behaviour) Overall the hotel is very nice and clean. I was just annoyed with the hosts and their unprofessionalism/disorganisation. Also my large shower cap mysteriously went missing after the cleaners had attended. I enquired about this a few times but was ignored or told that it will be looked into.

I loved my stay here! Jennifer and the team were super attentive and available to help via what’s app. The building has a 24/7 reception team who were also super helpful and ready to answer questions. I also appreciated the mini mart and pharmacy that was open 24/7. Only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 was due to the air conditioner not going below 18 C/64.4 F. I tend to get really warm at night and would wake up hot. But I do believe that this is more a personal preference issue and not something that would affect everyone. Other than that, I would definitely recommend others to book!
