The customer service was amazing. The representative picked me up at the airport and ensured I was comfortable inside my hotel room. He returned the next day to make sure I and everything was OK. Exceptional customer service and detailed oriented. Mr. B. Brown was exceptional. The hotel is in walking distance to the Accra Mall. I highly recommend staying at the property and plan to stay again during my next visit to Accra.

Long wait to be service and sometimes there is no one insight to address your query. There is telephone or reception to call. The security there is for the service apartments not luxurious apartments.

I had a wonderful stay here overall, but the check-in process was a bit time-consuming. Thank you, Foster, for your excellent assistance—I’ll definitely be booking again.
