The hotel has a lot of maintenanace issues. Room lock broke twice aircon broke and was not repaired atter many hours. Room is a long way from reception but intercom has been broken for ever sinced i have stayed in the pasy 12 months. Internal phone does not work properly. The hotel

Der angebotene Hoteltransfer funktionierte nicht, Hr, Dr, Djuragin wartete 2 Stunden am Flughafen und sollte gar entführt werden, der losgeschickte Fahrer hatte einen Deal organisiert, der dann zum Glück fehlgeschlagen ist! Das Hotelpersonal ist extrem unfreundlich und die Zimmer, vor allem aber das Badezimmer in unzumutbarem Zustand!! Auf die Meldungen an der Réception wurde gar nicht eingegangen. Einem hinzugekommen Gast wurde dann auch einen Preis für ein Frühstück abgenommen, der nicht einmal im Schweizer First Clas Hotel abgenommen wird!!!!
