Muy buena estancia en Unique Homes by Embassy Gardens. El estudio cuenta con todas las comodidades, como microondas, lavadora, internet o TV por satélite funcionando perfectamente. Y además la piscina, gimnasio o el restaurante, permitan disfrutar de la estancia. Además, lo que necesité (pilas para el mando a distancia o una toalla) me lo proporcionaron rápidamente sin problemas. Solo un pero. Sería un 10 absoluto si hubiera gel de ducha y champú.

Review When I stayed at D-213 block
I stayed for two nights. I was expecting shuttle service as stated when I was booking the room and provided my booking reference and arrival time as requested days before I left my destination but received no response. When I messaged the manager before I boarded my flight to confirm shuttle service, I received a message from her when I arrived at Kotoka that I should have requested for it 24 hrs before departure. That was very disappointing after providing her with that info. Also the property entrance to reception area is not easily accessible if, you have suitcases with you because you have to climb steps. I addition, where my room was located D - Block too there other steps too leading to the room not as bad as the entrance. However, if you have just cabin suitcase then that's fine easily manageable not big suitcases. In a nutshell the property is not suitable for disabled people. The property too lack signs to help you know where you are going so, you keep going in circles and asking people for help. The room I stayed in had intercom or phone but it wasn't connected so was unable to contact reception for any help without walking there yourself. When I 1st checked in I was helped by some kind men outside the building and Patrick helped me with my suitcases to my room. However, when it was time to check out and went to ask for help the lady at reception was very abrupt and rude and said they ( men at the desk/ security) are not allowed to help anybody. Neat build

It was had getting into my room. I thought I could just check in at the front desk but rather I was told to contact my agent which and who I did not know about. It was frustrating. And no one will help me with my luggages. More over I could not find infortion on how to connect to the wifii. I had to contact agent again on that. In the morning the hot water was not working.

I had an amazing stay at Embassy Gardens with hostess Jessica as I cannot praise her enough. The property met and exceeded expectations from the pool, gym, restaurant, decor, quietness, security and cleanliness of the grounds were excellent! My hostess Jessica assured my comfort was at the top of her list and accommodated my stay as the room and hospitality services exceeded expectations. The room was stylish, clean, had necessary amenities for short term stay and provided guidance on tourist attractions. The location of Embassy Gardens is perfect to get around Accra! In fact, for perspective the US Embassy and others are literally around the corner for reference purposes. I intend to come back and have Jessica as my hostess as she and her team provided an outstanding experience who went the extra mile to make my stay in Ghana a wonderful experience. Thank you Jessica and team!

Have stayed here a few times. It's a hotel with different management teams. This particular team was not communicative about check in, so I had to wait nearly an hour to check in. Once in, the room is comfortable and the hotel has great pools and a gym. Quiet, safe neighborhood.
