Beautiful place!
Great place to relax and the host is very attentive. Rooms are super comfortable anf food is excellent. It needs some minor fixes on water heaters and. Highly recommended.

Mala experiencia en el hotel.
No habia agua caliente, el precio servicio es desorbitado ademas la entrada es horrible, te ponen garrafas con agua y moscos en el fondo, no lo recomiendo sinceramente , esperaba algo mas.

Puede mejorar
La habitación bastante amplia, no cuenta con televisión y está alejada del centro, por lo que la recomiendo exclusivamente para dormir. El único problema fue la regadera nunca se pudo estabilizar la temperatura del agua salía de repente muy fría y de repente muy caliente, por lo que tardamos mucho en bañarnos y desperdiciamos mucha agua.

Son un pésimo servicio junto a expedía. Su único interés es la comercialización de su servicio. Nunca me vieron como huésped Hicieron caso omiso a mi necesidad de cambio de reservación a pesar de que su plataforma tuvo el error. Por último y lo más indignante y lamentable de un servicio es que nunca quisieron ni siquiera escuchar. Responsabilizando al 100 a expedía y expedía responsabilizándolos a ustedes.

Fuimos un grupo de amigos y ocupamos 5 cuartos. El lugar está a 2 km del pueblo en una carretera. Se requiere coche para llegar al centro. (en mi opinión, esta bien ubicado). La dueña y las personas de servicio siempre. Muy atentos y serviciales. Tiene un pequeño restaurante con comida casera. No fuimos muy temprano el domingo, y no tuvimos oportunidad de probar la barbacoa. Si hay estacionamiento. Si hay Internet. Tuvimos problemas con la regadera. Dicen que el primer día se quemó la bomba, lo arreglaron rápido. El segundo día no salía agua caliente en nuestro cuarto, y a un amigo no le salía agua fría. Se avisó y lo terminaron resolviendo. En nuestro cuarto había 3 contactos de luz, contando el del baño. Los otros dos están atrás de un sofá y de la cama. La cafetera del cuarto hay que solicitarla diario para que la lleven al cuarto. No hay TV en el cuarto. Hay cuartos chico y cuartos muy grandes. La noche del sábado se escuchaba qué relativamente cerca al hotel había una fiesta con música fuerte qué sé alcanzaba a escuchar. Es un lugar tranquilo, siempre y cuando no se escuche esa música en la noche.

Buen hotel pero muy caro para lo que ofrecen
Es un hotel lindo, pero al ser un lugar tan frío sería bueno poner calentadores en los cuartos ya que no se puede dormir del frío, adicional no me gustó que no me aclararan lo que incluía el desayuno (era solo continental y el mesero nos llevó plato fuere sin decirme que tenía un costo adicional), al cerrar la cuenta solo por los desayunos pagamos más de 300 cuando se suponía que era desayuno incluido. Reitero que es un lugar lindo y para descansar pero el costo es muy alto para lo que ofrecen

fue una experiencia inolvidable. Graciela (dueña) nos atendio muy amablemente y siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. el lugar es increible, relajado, hermoso. tuvimos la suerte de compartir un temazcal.
