Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, water park was ideal for our 2 year old he loved every minute of it, there are cheaper 5 stars in Tenerife but this hotel is perfect for kids. Their English Breakfast tea wasn’t the nicest & im not fussy with my morning cuppa but I’d recommend taking your own teabags!

Great new hotel, not far from the ocean beach, with nice design and new facilities. In general we liked our stay, there are some nice things which we would like to point out : + nice mini bar in the room with good coffee machine, small sink and micro-wave + comfortable beds and pillows + very good beach towels (big, thick & soft) and their policy (simply take new ones and leave/deposit used ones - as many as you need) - shower facilities - not good quality, leaking already - elevators - slooooow - some personnel simply do not understand that they work in 5 star hotel and sometimes "forget" orders, do not smile, etc. - nice system to electronically set "DND/Clean" mode in the room, however it does not work as expected. We left the room for several hours with "Clean" indicator and nobody took care of it , so we had to call reception to get it cleaned finally +- wifi is good but connection is a bit over-complicated PS Bruno is our favourite employee - he is working at the main restaurant entrance, always smiling and he is a great example for all other employees. Give him a bonus.

We were realy happy to stay in this amazing Hotel. The best Hotel if you go with kids. We will come back for a shure. I gladly recommend Gf Victoria. Ana
