Would Return

The location was great, the accommodation was good but we had 2 single beds that weren't very comfortable. Full kitchen and sitting room, lovely patio area. Quite area and staff were helpful. I would definitely stay here again but would look for the double bed and not the 2 single beds.

Il n'y avait pas des très bonnes odeurs dans notre villa. Il y a un seul code Wifi par personne inclus ce qui est très spécial en 2024... Aucune possibilité de déjeuner sur place alors qu'à notre arrivée, la dame à la réception nous avait dit les heures pour le déjeuner. Aucune séparation entre les petites cours donc peu d'intimité.

Very nice area. Well maintained and clean. Staff are very nice and helpful. Ate in the restaurant and was a bit disappointed but put it down to what we ordered rather than the service. The area is lovely, peaceful and safe. Dining options were limited with some main local restaurants closed weekdays. This could be a January thing. Overall we were very happy with our stay and have talked about returning.

Great stay over Christmas. Lots of space for a family of 4, well furnished, everything worked. We arrived late but instructions were easy to follow. We were given 2 wifi codes which was enough for us as we used our mobile data but might be an issue for some. Restaurant managed by an external company is great, tasty and reasonably priced. I don't think main swimming pool was heated though. All in all we'd gladly come back.

Very good indeed!

I had high expectations but it was even better than we had hoped for. We had a really large property which was great value for the price we paid. Honestly everything was faultless and we want to go back but worry that it might be fully booked!

Quiet, Great pool, British

Very nice quiet complex. Nearly everyone English there, and menu catered for that. Pool relatively warm in Feb. Shallow kids pool also. Free pool towels. Clean and easy to get beds. V friendly reception. Five mins walk to area of shops - v touristy area, did not feel any proximity to Spanish culture. Bed in the house we had was so hard I woke with pins and needles a number of times - single beds better (unsure if all villas have same furniture)

Villa was really good, lots of space nice terrace. Pool area was lovely and very well kept, bar and restaurant again very well kept and very clean. On arrival reported a faulty kettle and coffee maker these were replaced with brand new appliances immediately. Only disappointment was lack of facilities in the immediate area but the restaurant s and bars we tried were all good Would certainly stay here again.

The villa was well equipped with fans in each room which were greatly appreciated as it was quite warm. Not as many guests in the complex as we expected for the time of year.

The property and outdoor space was even bigger than we anticipated. All the staff were efficient and friendly. The pool area was lovely and I think the pool was heated as it wasn't freezing to get in!

Would stay here again.

The apartment had everything we needed it was clean & tidy they cleaned & changed the linen after a couple of days.They gave us towels to use at the pool you could change them if you wanted clean ones.The restaurant served nice food but the couple were retiring so don't know what it is like now.Some nice restaurants down the road if you wanted a change.Bus stop down the road if you wanted to go out for the day sightseeing etc.You could go swimming there is a beach if you wanted a change from the pool.The only thing is you had to pay for the wi-fi.The staff were very friendly & helpful.We had a great holiday it was quiet & relaxing.

Pleasant location for a winter sun break

Nice quiet location, good value for money. Clean to start but no housekeeping throughout the stay was disappointing. Facilitates are basic but adequate. Nothing was broken or unavailable. The site is on a hill which may be limiting to those with limited mobility to take a walk to the village, as the hill coming back to steep.

Wimpen Sueno Azul NOT Ona

The name of the place is Wimpen Sueno Azul, not Ona. They only provide one pool towel per person for the whole week, no option to exchange them for clean ones all week! No extra towels either, just 6, changed twice in one week. Minimum amount of toilet paper too. Ridiculous that they make you pay for Wifi and to use the safe. No salt, sugar, coffee filters provided, just mini soaps and a bottle of water upon arrival and garbage bags. You wonder who takes all the kitchen condiments people buy, we left a box of 100 coffee filters that could be left for next guest for example... Other than that, the 3 bedroom unit was clean and well taken care of, so was the pool. Pretty quiet property, kid friendly, in a quiet town, a short walk from a small black sand beach, restaurants and shops

Spacious, clean apartment with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay at Sueno Azul. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The property is in a convenient spot, a short drive from Tenerife attractions, yet located in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities. Our only complaint would be that the shower pressure was extremely low.

Lovely friendly resort

This resort is very friendly and welcoming. All the staff from management to housekeeping were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The three bedroom bungalows are spacious and clean with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I would however suggest the barbecues provided in the gardens have seen better days and should be replaced. The swimming pool is manned with a lifeguard and the children enjoyed using it every day. There were plenty of sun beds available. There is a pool bar open from 10 am serving food and we had some very good meals there. Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday and would recommend staying here.

Mums first time abroad!

Great villa, clean and spacious with everything needed to make it a good stay. Mum would like to go back now. My favourite things were....the quiet moments with just the birds singing, the view of the mountains and sea and the sunny pathways between villas. Lovely place. Thank you.
