Renovated room
We stayed 2 nights in a newly refurbished room on the 6th floor. It was clean with a comfortable king bed and we couldn’t hear street noise. The restaurant downstairs serves a great breakfast and amazing French pastries. The hotel is centrally located so close to mall and train station. We would stay here again.

There was a grape on the floor Near the bed and the floor in the bathroom was not mocked The pizza was like cardboard and the pet spicy pepperoni did not have any spice at all the pizza just tasted like cheese cardboard

I would like to provide feedback regarding our recent check-in experience. Upon arrival, we found it difficult to locate the entrance, as it was not on Currie Street as we had expected. Additionally, there was no customer parking available near the entrance. The staff member on duty was aware that we were waiting to check in, but instead of assisting us immediately, we were left waiting while he disposed of rubbish bags. When I asked where we could park the car, he instructed us to temporarily park in the middle of the road near the entrance to unload our luggage. He then handed us a map and directed us to another car park, a process that took over half an hour to complete. This was an exhausting process, and when I expressed my frustration, the staff member criticized me, suggesting that I was not appreciative of his help with our luggage. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing, especially after such a tiring arrival. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

We had a booking at this hotel, but when we arrived, the receptionist said that the hotel had some damages due to the storm the night before, so we had to go to the Grand Chancellor, approximately 300 meters away on Hindley Street. Luckily we stayed only one night as the hotel was crazy at night with people screaming and chasing in the hallways. Other than that everything was fine.
