Staff were lovely. Location is good. The main downfall is the smell from the downstairs restaurant is very overwhelming and filters through the whole hotel. There is also quite a bit of noise from neighbouring pubs.

Good apartment in prime location.
soundproofed between room and no traffic noise facing main road. Very handy location. Late check-in was easy, clearly details on email. Downside: only 2 laundry machines + 1 dryer for entire building.

My daughter, her 3 friends and I were welcomed from the beginning of our stay til the end. It was my daughters birthday and they had some charlesworth nuts awaiting. It was lovely.

Perfect location for Adelaide CBD/East end. Very comfortable in all aspects and very quiet with regard to street noise. Could hear some noise from neighbours in adjacent room, which was the only drawback. Would stay again - highly recommend for solo travellers and business travel.

I really enjoyed the lovely bed and light from windows. I enjoyed it was quiet Found the bathroom a bit small so couldnt put all my toiletries in there. Also the couch was sagging and couldnt sit in it properly. VERY friendly and informative staff

We loved that it came with the efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism of a hotel, but still had character and felt like home. The staff were lovely :) We honestly don’t have anything negative to say! If we’re ever in Adelaide again we hope to book with you again

Decent serviced apartment in an excellent location a few steps away from Rundle street dining options and a short away from Rundle mall shopping. Safe and quiet across the road from a police station. Highly recommend.

Excellent location to the main CBD area shopping centres. Walkable distance to key offices in the CBD. Everything excellent except careful along the narrow ramp down to the underground car park if driving SUVs.
