I have had nothing but trouble trying to get my pre authorisation back from this hotel. No one is very interested i helping me get thus money refunded. It has been 16 days now. Staff are very non motivated in this regard

All I wanted was an inexpensive room near the airport which Lockleys Hotel provided perfectly adequately. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the staff were friendly and efficient at check in. What I didn't know was the accommodation area was above a gaming room. That's fine. I just wasn't expecting it. The room had a fridge, kettle, and provided coffee, tea, and milk. I was hoping for a microwave, but there wasn't one. There was toilet paper, soap, and towels, but no tissues, shampoo or conditioner. If there was an elevator, I didn't find it. I had to take my suitcase up a spiral staircase one floor to get to the accommodation area. It's a good thing I'm relatively fit and strong. There was a TV in the room, but the antenna had a bad connection and it was unwatchable. I probably could have notified management, but I had a book to read so I wasn't that concerned. The room was perfectly adequate for my purposes, which was a place to sleep close to the airport. I would stay there again, should I need similar accommodation.

Due to building not quite sure where reception was...in the Gaming room. Room was all you needed for an overnight, close to the airport. Good meal in tge dining room
