The facility was well maintained and clean, I rated it a 3 because the pool was closed during our stay. The immediate area was fine but just next door is a nearly completely abandoned shopping mall that is not well cared for.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this Adrian, MI location. My husband contracted Covid and we were sequestered, in our room for two days! The staff, especially ‘Jasmine” went, above and beyond, in the courteous, helpful department!!

The floors of the hotel room itself were absolutely disgusting. I dont believe the floors of the bathroom have ever been mopped and the carpet left black on the bottoms of our bare feet.

Parking on the Property was horrible. We ended up parking In the outskirts of a parking area way far away from the building.

Kinda picky

As far as cleanliness, the only reason the hotel did not get a 5 star rating was do to a 11/2"× 4" greasy looking stain on the carpet. Possibly the prior occupant dropped a slice of pizza that fell face down.

Nothing special about the Hampton Inn & Suites. But that is ok. There was nothing terrible about it either. It fulfilled its expectations as a clean, affordable place to stay. I was traveling for business.
