Recently refurbished village house in an unspoilt traditional Cretan village

Fully fitted and furnished house in the centre of Milatos Village.
Sleeps 6/7. Two bedrooms on first floor, with a balcony overlooking sea and mountains. There is also a good sized recently refurbished shower room on this floor.
From this floor there is another staircase leading to a small sitting area with a single sofa bed, kitchenette / utility area with washing machine. A doorway leads onto a large sun terrace with wonderous views over the sea, olive groves and mountain ranges. There is ample casual seating from which to enjoy the views and a outside dining area.
From the main entrance the ground floor comprises of an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and living / dining room.
Double doors lead to a further good sized room with a good quality double sofa bed. This area can be closed off to form a third sleeping area.
The kitchen has a electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plus all the other kitchen essentials. The living room has internet access, a flat screen TV to screen your favorite films and the second sitting room / third bedroom has a stereo system.
Milatos is a lovely unspoiled traditional Village with cafes bars restaurants small supermarket. It has a pretty seafront with excellent fish restaurants small beach area and a lovely traditional fishing harbour. All these facilities are within walking distance from the house.
The larger towns of Hersonissos, Stalis and Malia all the amenities you could require such as banks, gas stations, big supermarkets, gift shops, nightclubs etc are all easy drive from Milatos. There is a bus service and excellent taxi services, with the airport only a 28 miles away.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Vólia. A water park is available. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a fireplace.

Arnaque ! la location n existe pas donc personne à notre arrivée à 23 h et malgré plusieurs appels téléphoniques à ABRITEL pas de solutions ,nous avons trouvé finalement un hôtel à 2 h 30 du matin ( 3 chambres)mais seulement libre une nuit donc grâce à booking .com et à ma petite fille qui parle anglais nous avons trouvé un hébergement ( 1600 euros)pour une semaine aucune aide d ABRITEL qui ne vérifie pas les annonces sur leur site et qui s'en fout que vous soyez coincé dans un pays sans rien !!!! site à boycotter absolument !!!!!!!!
