Apartment in a residential building, 7 minutes walk from the beach. Comfortable and well connected, close to a health center, sports areas, school, grocery store and bus stop. Bright, spacious, with hot water and free Internet connection.

The apartment is equipped with kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, small oven, microwave, toaster, pans, crockery and cutlery, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, daily toiletries, beach towels and shower. For long stays, it is possible to access the laundry room with a washing machine. Near the apartment there is free parking.
Pets are not allowed and parties cannot be held. If there is an area for smokers.
The rest of the rest of the residents must be respected so noises are not allowed between 22:00 and 9:00.
Arinaga beach, in the municipality of Agüimes, is 25 minutes by car from Las Palmas (capital of the island) and 20 minutes from the tourist south. The beach is ideal for water sports such as: fishing, surfing, snorkeling, windsurfing, diving, etc.
Throughout the year, numerous fairs are held on the island where you can get to know and taste typical Canarian products. Also in November numerous international artists meet at the WOMAD-World of Music, Arts & Dance festival, in mid-February the Carnival is one of the oldest festivals, with more history and its own character and in mid-March, the More Christian faithful can enjoy the HOLY WEEK, famous for the processions through the oldest streets of the city.

ottimo appartamento anche per lunghi periodi di soggiorno
Proprietari simpatici, dispoonibili per ogni esigenza e pronti a fornire ogni informazione utile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento ben curato e spazioso con camera matrimoniale ed ulteriori 2 stanzette con un letto ciascuna. Inoltre il salotto dispone di divano a due letti per complessivi 6 posti letto.
