Ideal for golfers playing at Old Barnwell Golf Club or horse enthusiasts riding at Sporting Days Farm or the Vista yet just a short 15 minute drive into the center of Aiken with its many restaurants.
The house has excellent internet service and the third bedroom is currently set up to use as an office. An additional bed could be added to this room if required.
The house sits on 2 acres and has a large fenced in area suitable for dogs.
There is a barn to the rear of the property and 2 stalls and a paddock will be available winter of ‘24.
