Eagle Sands is on the peaceful north end of Mille Lacs, situated between Malmo and Bergstrom Bay. Dubbed the "gold coast" of Mille Lacs for its wide, sugar sand beaches and shallow lake bottom, we offer a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that offers all the modern amenities to comfortably host a variety of guests and occasions.

Enjoy a sunset drink on the large deck with an expansive, ocean-like view of the big lake, or cozy up to the backyard fire pit. Go for a long walk along the wide, sandy beach, or snuggle up on the big, comfy couch with a good book or movie. Whatever your tastes--fishing, swimming, kayaking, biking, hunting, golfing, casino, sailing, snowmobiling, walking, running, ATV-trails--the Mille Lacs area pretty much suits it all.

You'll find everything you need at Eagle Sands on Mille Lacs to make your getaway comfortable and memorable. A well-appointed kitchen makes it easy to cook up a family feast, or head out to one of the local restaurants or bars for a relaxing evening out. Named for the majestic eagles that frequently grace our skies in the summer months, Eagle Sands offers the perfect place for family and friends alike to decompress and reconnect.

Fabulous Fall Weekend
We had an amazing stay! The communication with the owner was fantastic! Jesse was very prompt at answering our questions and providing the information we needed. The property was very clean and inviting. It included all the necessities needed. The view from the large deck was amazing. We were able to watch beautiful sunsets on both nights we were amazing! I thought being located off the road it would be noisy, but it was the total opposite. You only heard the waves from the lake. The property is also located in an area that was easy to reach many restaurants, bars, parks, etc. We will definitely be back and share the property with others. It was a great experience!!

All you could ask for
Perfect destination for a stay on the lake. Loved spending 3 days here. House is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a family vacation, or, in our case, just getting away for awhile. Off season for us, but a variety of water toys available. Owner was prompt with immediate responses. Water's edge deck is the place to be. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Spectacular views of Mille Lacs! The deck on the boathouse is the star of this comfortable property. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was great to have 2 full bathrooms. Major road construction was inconvenient... but the discounted price per night reflected that issue. Thanks for the stay!

Great Beach Area
Our family enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the beach and played for hours in the water. You could walk out for a long time and it was still shallow. It’s a great family rental. Very clean.

Great stay!
We were at first disappointed to learn that the dock did not belong to the property as my young kids like to dock fish. When getting there, we realized quickly that this didn’t matter (and no fish would have been caught in such shallow water). The sandy shore was GREAT for young kids. Our whole family enjoyed the kayaks, lily pad, water guns, sand toys and more. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals. Plenty of games and toys when taking a break from the outdoors. We were glad we brought a couple more outdoor chairs and beach towels. We visited the nearby state park to fish and walk the trails. Overall, a great stay and we would stay here again!

Phenomenal views and location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is great, wonderful views of the lake. The home was stocked well, the towels were well above the norm, plenty of dishes and supplies in the kitchen. The deck and patio were awesome and gave us a great view to the lake as we relaxed. I highly recommend this spacious home .

Amazing Stay
My husband and I rented Eagle Sands VRBO for a 5 night stay in late September. We loved it, especially the deck overlooking Lake Mille Lacs. Eagles flew overhead everyday. We also watched ducks, seagulls, cormorants, sandpipers and warblers from the deck. So relaxing. The home was very clean and had a friendly feel. At night the living room was peaceful and quiet. We would definitely recommend this home to others!
