It was comfortable and clean. We had a handicap assessable room. One thing I would suggest my husband is legally blind, And in the bathroom, the sign by the phone wasn’t very big and I’m sure someone with no eyesight would really have a hard time if they had an accident in there and had to call the desk. Just a suggestion. At 1:30 in the morning, the fire alarm went off I looked outside in the hall. Nobody else was moving. I didn’t smell any smoke or anything so I didn’t do anything. The alarm did finally go off But there was never any notification from staff that their had been a problem. To some people that could’ve been scary. A phone call to the room could have been made because the alarm would have everybody awake. Again, just a suggestion.

The "Breakfast " was an iced coffee roll, EVERY day. Or an apple and hot tea or coffee. No juice. Put towels out for new ones...took towels got none in return. When asked for a set, got two hand towels and two wash cloths. Won't be back.

Clean. No frills. Breakfast "on the go" consisting of juice, coffee, a honey bun, a granola bar and an apple. Food options in the area. Friendly accommodating staff. Easy parking. No elevator.

I checked the room prior to check in. It smelled weird; I can't identify it, I found a dead bug on the floor under the lip of the bed, There was a dark gray dirty mark on the sheet. It was not in good condition. We did not stay. Not clean enough.

I would stay here again! FYI breakfast is coffee, juice, granola bars and honey buns. I didn't mind but if you expected more then would pay more.

Room for improvement

The room was clean; the bed was comfortable; the tv selections were fantastic; and the location was good with a couple of restaurants nearby. The front desk only gave us 1 key, which was very unusual; the pillows were very flat; and the morning breakfast was just coffee and granola bars.

Overall the stay was pleasant with courteous front desk service. However, the bathroom tile floor needs attention. There is heavy dirt in the corners.

Great place to stop overnight

The front desk clerks were very friendly. Breakfast was exactly as promised. Grab and go pastry, fruit and juice. Coffee and tea always available. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
