PLACES TO SEE: WHITE SAND NATIONAL PARK Rising from the heart of the Tularosa Basin is one of the world's great natural wonders - the glistening white sands of New Mexico. Great wave-like dunes of gypsum sand have engulfed 275 square miles of desert, creating the world's largest gypsum dunefield. White Sands National Park preserves a major portion of this unique dunefield, along with the plants and animals that live here. BATAAN MEMORIAL DEATH MARCH The Bataan Memorial Death March is a challenging march through the high desert terrain of the White Sands Missile Range. The memorial march is conducted in honor of the heroic service members who defended the Philippine Islands during World War II, sacrificing their freedom, health, and, in many cases, their very lives. OSHA TRAIL This loop trail is just 2.2 miles long, and it's easy enough for just about any hiker - even those with no hiking experience. Lace up your hiking boots, and start your adventure! VILLAGE OF CLOUDCROFT A destination for thousands of visitors each year, the village and its surrounding area provides scenic perfect conditions for fishing, golf, camping, hiking, biking, and hunting in the summer months as well as skiing, snowmobiling, and ice skating in the winter. The selection of sandwiches is second to none in the town of Alamogordo and the food is great tasting. PIZZA PATIO Pizza Patio has a variety of pasta dishes, specialty pizzas, subs, salads, wraps, and your American favorites (hamburgers, meatloaf, etc.). BEST BARS, EATS, AND WINERIES: D.H. LESCOMBES WINE BAR The Lescombes family has been crafting wine in New Mexico since their emigration from Burgundy, France in 1981. Since then, we’ve been drawing visitors from across the nation to taste our wide variety of New Mexico wine. Our winery is located in the Mimbres Valley, just outside of Deming, New Mexico. PISTACHIOS & WINE Heart of the Desert is a working pistachio ranch and vineyard with four retail establishments in New Mexico. We are best known for our farm fresh pistachios and Award-Winning New Mexico wines. TALL PINES BEER & WINE Lounge features a huge outdoor patio with two fire pits, heated glass tables and cozy indoor seating (it's great atmoshpere). This location is family and dog friendly and offers a great selection of New Mexico's best beer and wine. NOISY WATER WINERY Noisy Water Winery is an American winery in Ruidoso, New Mexico, founded in 2009 by the Riddle Family. In 2014, its wines won 15 awards at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition, including a Double Gold for its Ruidoso Bubbly Moscato, 2 Gold medals, and 5 Silver medals.

Getting Around:
CAR RENTAL To make your stay more convenient, we offer transportation services for our guests for an additional fee. Our staff can assist you in arranging transportation to and from the airport as well as around Alamogordo during your stay. Please note that this service should be booked in advance during the reservation process to ensure availability. You can also opt to use popular rapp's such as Turo for more flexibility and availability as we are able to assist with this as well. AIRPORT Alamogordo White-Sands Regional Airport: Services such as Uber and Lyft are NOT available. Other Things to Note:
The pool gets serviced and is cleaned every Friday Mid morning between the times 9am -12PM.
