No shuttle to pick us up from airport at 11:40 pm. The attendant at the front desk told me 2 days prior that if i called when i landed they would pick me up. If not i would have canceled and got a different hotel. Room smelled musty until we ran the ac for 30 minutes. No toilet paper holder and NO TOILET PAPER! Bed was comfortable. Next morning they had no breakfast. Just one paper bag with an apple juice, a small water, some small fruit rollup. So i paid for a breakfast and didnt get one. The moni g attendant was very nice and shuttled us to the airport. Overall, very rundown hotel. Seems like no one has put any money into it for decades. Why did they not furnish us with some scrambled eggs and toast or an orange juice machine. Something. I woul only stay here if nothing was available.

I was shocked that this was a Wyndham property and that it was rated 2 1/2 stars. This property is a flea bag, across the street from a detention facility. The room was dirty and the shower curtain was full of mildew. The Expedia website states "Free self-service breakfast available daily 6:00 am to 9:00 am." For breakfast, I was given a paper lunch bag with an apple, apple juice which leaked all over my car, a granola bar, and a stale pastry. Front desk was partially manned and when I arrived, they could not get their machine to work to give me a room key. I paid twice as much for this room as was advertised on this hotel's website, which was still too high. I will never use Expedia again to book a hotel room or stay at a Wyndham facility.

The rooms were updated but not well done and it was definitely not clean. The building in general was in rough shape and the grounds were full of litter. Everything from the carpet to the towels had some kind of stain. It was fine for one night and close to the airport which was what I needed but I can't say I'd recommend it.

Our stay was quick. Arrived late and stayed into checkout time. Comfortable room. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Shower was good. Breakfast disappointing from what was described. Just a bag breakfast.

I would not recommend this hotel. Bathroom was moldy, limited shower pressure, breakfast was not as described. It was a bagged breafast with water, apple juice, nutri grain bar and muffin. Only allowed to use front door, other exterior doors were locked. Not worth it at all.

Arrived to the building that looks nothing like the pictures in an area that is within 300 yards of two correctional facilities one for kids one for adults .. then there was about 10 kids playing outside by the cars kids hanging out windows they clearly live there … the room smelled the ac didn’t work. Then we get woken up at 12:44 am to the sound of what could only be a herd of elephants above our room. We went to front desk they went upstairs and it got louder and louder. We packed and left the building. I spent $85 to leave early. Sad

Room looked like it hasn't been cleaned on corners in years. Bed felt like it had bugs. Window was open and didn't close properly. Staff was absent from the front desk for quite some time and all guests had to be waiting. Felt very unsafe.

I usually stay at a budget resort. Red Roof or similar. My stays are short so that is why. We were in town for the Travers and I booked it because they advertised 24 hour airport shuttle. I did not land until almost 1am. I called them direct and my man Sigh picked me up within 10 minutes. The hotel was only 4 min from the airport. About the hotel. The common areas do need some sprucing up with some fresh paint and there are only vending machines. With that being said, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful whatever we needed and I would for sure stay again. Thanks Sigh.
