Everything was good. However, never was asked if I was a Bonvoy member. Room was clean, bed was soft, shower worked, very quiet hotel. Place I go to when Saratoga is too expensive.

Good hotel.

The hotel overall is a definite positive. It’s more modern and very convenient to the airport. Only thing I would suggest is that the front desk when checking it should advise that housekeeping service is every other day. We didn’t know where to discard our garbage and we were quite disappointed that our room had not been made up while away th whole day.

This was my 1st time staying at Courtyard by Marriott on Wolf Rd in Colonie. It was a great experience! Super, super clean!! Everyone was very friendly. Bar and restaurant area was very nice. Food was really good. Very nice atmosphere. Room was very relaxing and quiet at night. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!!!

The hotel looked as if it was recently renovated. We relaxed in the outdoor lounge and exercised in the gym. The beds were comfortable and the shower gel and makeup remover packs were an added plus. I was very disappointed to find multiple strands of hair in the shower as well as hair embedded in one of the bath towels. In addition, the sofa cushions in the outside lounge needed to be washed or refreshed. I left a note regarding the hair for housekeeping and I informed the front desk where the attendant offered my husband and I a complimentary snack.
