Could not adjust heat nor turn on a fan. My stay was in mid-November in upstate NY and I had to open a window to try to cool the room down. Also, the window and screen could be opened by a child, and they could fall from the 2nd floor. Poor safety.

Pretty bare bones accommodation but is not a high end hotel. Strange smell both in the stairwell and room, but room appeared clean with clean linen. Did have a bit if a jole when another guest who just checked in and tried to enter my room as their key card opened my door...thankfully i did have the doir security latch engaged so the did not gain full enterance. Had to have my key card reactivated twice during stay as it stopped working. Wouldnt say I would be a return guest.

What a stay! Desk light didn't work, tv had a vertical line on it (pixels not working), remote needs batteries or replacing, bedsheets dirty, bath towel was a hand towel, someone came into my room because they gave them my room key, and breakfast is a joke. Otherwise......

This place was a good value. Great location near shopping district Staff friendly upon arrival. Room was nice and clean . Bathroom was small but clean . Toiletries were too small and minimal. Overall, It was a nice visit

Staying at this hotel was the worst call made. It smelled like vomit and the drawers in the room were filled with trash and wet wipes. I wish I had read the reviews first to save myself the experience I had.
