Liked: Cleanliness
It was okay. The hotel staff was nice and the room were pretty clean...The only thing I didn't like was that the room door was facing the outside...
Nice staff quick check-in comfortable bed, Nice flat screen TV, that's it for the niceties. Questionable security, Old door locks, dirty outside, broken ice machine, Old and run down rooms, majority of the clientele are workers that get up very early talk loudly outside at 5:30 AM slamming their gear into their trucks waking you up. As for the other guests, they were loud and obnoxious inconsiderate and loud, expecting better for about $60 a night. As for the continental breakfast it was oatmeal and stale bread coffee and orange juice. The coffee and orange juice was satisfying, however the coffee machine in the room was broken and dirty. To sum it up, I won't be returning.
The check-in went well, not problems.
The room had a bad odor. I"m glad I brought my own air freshener. The bed had, what looked like, a baby oil stain on the outside cover. I DID NOT request a smoking room!
I don't know how that happened, and the hotel was all booked up and I couldn't get a room change. I saw a bug in the room. The pillow cases and bedding was clean and the internet worked fine. It was a "NO FRILLS STAY"!

Don't stay here! This is the worst place I've ever been. I stayed in better places when I was a teenage kid look for a party room! Fridge is broken, lamp is broken, lock on door is broken, holes in the walls, filthy is an understatement, the breakfast is a joke, it included sliced bread that they put into individual sandwich bags, and I literally cried all night from fear of someone breaking in. This is clearly a druggie hotel by the looks of the occupants and their doings in the parking lot. Please, save yourself time and money (and possibly your life) and do not book this hotel!!! Pay the extra few bucks and stay somewhere clean and safe.
The room had a odor paint on the wall was chipping off the wall in the bathroom. Toilet tissue holder was broken off the wall and seating on the floor. The shower head need to be changed water sprayed everywhere when you turn it on. The towels in the bathroom were dirty and had mildew smell on them. There was people walking around the property all night long talking loud. Drugs were being sold on this property and also proposition. Curtains on the wall had spider webs on them. table in the room one of the legs was broken. This was by far the worse hotel I have ever been in. We came to Georgia for a Family members funeral. And I will never advise anyone to stay at this Days inn located on every.
TIA

Considering being a Wyndham family as it stated in the front desk, the hotel is being remodeled and the rooms still need some upgrading. The breakfast area is great but the breakfast itself can be improved.
two large holes under vanity showing exposed previously water damaged lumber, hole in wall behind commode with set mouse trap waiting to catch the critter. cockroach crawled across pillow soon after arriving. smoking room no ashtray.
It was horrible. I have never seen a discuting hotel in my life like this one. Full of roaches. Dirty and nasty. Outdated as well. I will never stay here again.
The rate was good but the room could use some work they didn't have extra towels and I heard them tell someone they didn't have extra toilet paper for the bathroom good thing I bring my own
The hotel was fine when it came to cleanliness and friendly staff. The problem was the neighborhood and other guests. While checking in a young African American woman come bursting in the lobby on her phone using constant vulgar language because she didn't have water in her room. She called the police to the hotel just because she didn't have water although they were working on it when she reported it to the front desk. When the manager came back to tell her she had water in her room now, she continued to loudly curse out the manager and the guy at the front desk. Then at 11:45pm I group of African Americans kept walking outside of our room yelling and cussing. Them at 1:00am another African American woman walking down out walkway was yelling and cussing about another female she had an altercation with. Then at 3:00am I was yet women again by another group of African Americans walking down our walkway yelling and cussing. The next morning when I went to check, surprise, surprise, cops are at the hotel again, another altercation with a vulgar guest. I asked the woman at the front desk about this and she said most of their guest are locals there, to party, hangout, or whatever. I feel sorry for the employees at this hotel for having to put up with vulgar, disrespectful guests. This hotel could gain so much more in a better location of Albany.
