I believe the LaQuinta is probably the best hotel option in Clifton Park. The rooms are nice, the property is well-maintained and the pool and gym are a nice amenity. The free breakfast is good and the location is just off off Exit 9 on I-87, close to both Route 9 and Route 146.

A really nice, modern place. Everything and everyone there were very courteous and helpful. The hot tub was awesome as well as the pool! Breakfast was really good to! I will be staying there the next time im in the area!

Perfect place to stay
We really had a nice time. It was the first time we took our dog on a trip with us and his first hotel stay and I was kind of nervous but it went very well. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful and I found our room very pretty and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable ( I have to find out the brand of mattress :D) We enjoyed our stay very much.

Needed somewhere to stay with my husband for a quick turn around business trip but I always check reviews and the reviews seemed very good for this hotel. I paid extra to get a king bed when booking and when we got into the room it was a double bed. We were too tired to complain but it was frustrating. Also, everything was filthy. Bed had multiple stains and there were broken fixtures. Again, I didn’t complain because I was too tired and didn’t arrive until after 11PM to check in and had to be up early but I feel the reviews were very misleading and there should be some level expectation to receive the room I paid for and that room should be clean.

Everything was but they did say they had a laundry room, but it’s place for employees only, they should probably take that off and some small things that needs fixing in the room but it wasn’t the big deal, just a little attention to detail.
