There was a very unpleasant smell. It looked dirty and there was a light that penetrated into the room, so I couldn't sleep because the curtain was very transparent. I didn't feel safe.

We got a email from Expedia stating that our room had upgraded from a single king bed to 2 queen beds. We decided to bring our young son with us since we had 2 beds, and he was excited. When we got to the hotel and got to our room, it was only 1 queen bed!! When I went to talk to the front desk, they stated they do not have any king beds and that Expedia did the upgrade to 2 queens which they had no more of. My husband ended up having to sleep on the hard cold floor with a blanket under him. Needless to say he didn’t sleep. I showed the hotel the email from Expedia and they didn’t care. When I went back to look at the “upgrade” email it was gone. Very disappointing after booking trips through Expedia for YEARS. Hopefully someone can help make this right!! -Exhausted and cramped family of 3

This is a no-frills option for easy access to Albany. Cleanliness left a little to be desired (some questionable stains on the walls; I saw one cockroach), but overall the worst of the reviews seem to paint it worse than reality. Bed was comfortable and clean, towels were clean, television channel selection was robust, and it was quiet as far as outside and inside noise. If I was looking for a budget option in the area, I'd stay here again. No complaints.

Bed was super comfy. Overall, the property could use updating. Breakfast bar was pretty well non existent with no restock insight by 9:30. Cumberland Farms next door was clutch.

Good solid hotel, conveniently located right by a bus stop for easy access to downtown Albany. Plenty of towels, plenty of outlets in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very thin walls, so could hear everything that was going on in the hallways at all hours of the night. There were also sketchy people in the lobby and hallways with trash bags walking around. Did not get great sleep here because it did not feel safe.

The manager of this property should be embarrassed of the condition of the property. It was the most disgusting place, dirty, stained, and unsanitary. Would never stay there again.
