Summary:
Beautiful vacation home in the heart of the Poconos with just under a minute walk to the lake and a short drive to most Ski resorts, Indoor water parks and major attractions.

The Space:
This unique home features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Central air-condition and spacious accommodations for up to 16 guests making it an excellence vacation destination for large families or groups.
The first floor comprises of plethora of games with a pool table/ ping pong table, Foosball table, Air hockey, Mini bar and a big screen Tv ideal to watch games and movies.
The first floor also has one bedroom with 2 queens beds, and a full bathroom and also leads to the back porch with a Hot Tub that fits 7 people.
As you make your way to the second floor you will find yourself in the open kitchen, dining with seating for 12 and living area that opens to the spacious deck with the view of the nature at its best and a glimpse of the lake.
The second floor also has 2 bedrooms with one spacious king bed and one queen bed along with a full bathroom.
The third floor has 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a bunk bed with 2 full beds.
6 of the 7 bedrooms have Tv's.

Amazing property and property manager
Susan was very helpful with the check in process and responsive. She responded within at least 2 hours! There was enough room on the property for our cars. The kitchen and seating was amazing to fit a large group. The house was very clean when we got there. The house was big enough to fit our large group. Everyone had a place to spread out. The downstairs had all the necessary entertainment! It was close to Jack Frost. Definitely would book again with Susan and highly recommend to anyone else.

Fantastic Fall Anniversary Weekend
We had a group of 10, all celebrating our 32nd Wedding Anniversaries, still friends like family all these years. This home was spacious, inviting, amenities were amazing for late evening hanging out downstairs playing pool, fuseball, air hockey, and shuffleboard table. Lots of big bedrooms and several bathrooms for privacy. The best was the kitchen with huge table, we sat around hours eating, laughing and relaxing. “10 out of 10” location perfect to the falls, Jim Thorpe and lake. Absolute must, and the owner was amazing and helpful. Will be back again

Great Family Fun
This property was as advertised. We held our Family Christmas celebration here. The game room was a huge hit. They have everything. The rooms were comfortable and accommodating. Lots of bathrooms, so no waiting! The gathering area was exceptionally large with a dining table to fit all of us. We were surprised to find a lit Christmas tree that we could surround with all the gifts. The hot tub was a welcomed respite for the adults too. Overall, we would go back there in a heartbeat. Susan was very responsive to our questions and needs. Great experience!

Amazing stay
We booked this rental for my mom’s 50th birthday. It was an absolute blast! We will absolutely be staying again! We want to do this yearly now! The house was absolutely perfect & gorgeous! And when I say clean, I mean clean! I’ve stayed in rentals before and my kids socks would be black! In this house I don’t even care if they were bare footed!!! Check in is 4, but she was so kind to let us check in at 12! Absolutely best time!
