There were multiple added charges, 14 euro to "rent" a beach chair? Isn't it an expectation to sit on the beach when traveling to a beach resort? Also wanted to charge for the indoor pool use... Yet when we asked for our complimentary water to be delivered (yes, we had to ask) because they did not leave it during the day, we got that's not my department twice. Finally got it, but it seems there was always someone to collect the added fees, but not when you needed the complementary!

This hotel is a resort around a neighbourhood of the same. About a 20min walk to the Strip, which is Albufeira’s party area. The pool and beach areas were great. Check was noon for us but they allowed us access to all amenities until we left around 4pm. Free parking. It was a great relaxing break in our vacation full of exploration and excursions.

The resort is beautiful and has private access to the beach which is beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of variety and worth the money, it sets you up for the day. The staff were lovely. welcoming and friendly, there is always someone to help at the reception desk. Free shuttle into old town

Be clear on your room reservation when checking in
Excellent property. Run to the highest standard. With that being said, we had booked a sea view room. We did get a sea view....acriss the kids envlosed playground and a major 7am to 10pm renovation. Pool and beach areas are fantastic...top notch. Very, very nice place,but, for the price, we were left feeling a little less than satisfied.

Wasn’t impressed with having to pay to use gym. The property offers things. But for a price. Prices were overpriced when you could go into town and get this for a 1/4 of the rate. Children galore. They should have an adults only pool.

It is defenintly far away from 5 star resort. Very outdated and overpriced. We stayed in one bed appartment and it did had everything to our needa but there was lots of damage to property. Like bathtub was damaged as well as laps and there was cigarette buds in the balcony and next to it. Avoided food at all cost after my 9 year old ordered chichen nuggets. Few good points really good mattresses gave us good sleep and also had beautifull beach next to it which was advertised as private beach and could be added as chargable.
