Delayed check-in information and music blaring in the middle of the night
Check-in time was at 3:00pm, did not receive entry instructions from the owner until 6:30pm. I even called him around 4:30 pm after messaging him with no response. When he answered the phone he said he would send the instructions right away but did not send them until 6:30. On our second night, all of us were woken up at 2am by music blaring through the walls that continued for 30 minutes.

Convenient/Could be better
We came here for a concert; the proximity to the venue was super nice. The home itself wasn't the best; comfortable bed/bedding though but the home had bad DIY projects that wouldn't fly in any real estate transaction (I'm a realtor). The toilet wasn't working properly and we had to literally put our dirty toilet paper in doggie bags as we were instructed to not flush. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time. The backyard was nice for my dog, but it was a dirt field and had old water in a broken water feature and all the batteries were old in the candles surrounding the property while the chair(3) were mostly broken or dirty. No extra amenities; no extra blankets, cooking items, bathroom items. It just seemed a bit lackluster.

Sweet and convenient stay.
Host Sergio was great to work with, and our stay was very pleasant in all aspects. The host was responsive, available for answering any questions, but respectful of our privacy during our 2+ week stay. Property was clean, convenient, and as described. It was everything we needed! The location was near UNM campus and easy walking distance to restaurants and laundromat. The bed was super comfortable and the separate little sitting room/sleeper sofa area was handy for our occasional overnight with the grandkids. The full kitchen, including dishwasher, was equipped with all needed items, including basics (coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, etc.), cookware and dish service, and paper items. We really appreciated the quiet and private gated/fenced-in backyard for our dog. Offstreet parking was easy and spacious in the driveway. The bathroom was functional with a a quaint footed tub and attached showerhead. We plan to use the property again for future visits to Albuquerque. Thanks, A & G. .

Perfect for those visiting UNM or want Route 66 Experience
I absolutely loved my stay. I had work at UNM and was able to walk to all of my appointments and not worry about parking, etc. The place is perfectly appointed--very private and beautiful. The location is also excellent for food, as only 1.5 blocks from two of ABQ's iconic restaurants--Frontier and Saggios right on Cornell. Both have excellent, affordable food and a funky feel you will only get in the Duke City.
