Expedia, I am not sure as to why you would allow a room to be double booked. I booked a king, but when I showed up was moved to a double without warning. Are you booking rooms, then placing the booked rooms on at a higher rate so that the same, more expensive room, gets booked twice? I don’t find it fair that I can book a king, then you move me to a double for the same price. Can someone please explain this practice? Now Expedia is declining this review.

I really like this hotel. The rooms are great. The pillows are great. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping does a great job. The issue remains that they need to better support front desk staff so they can attend to both people on the phone and in person. That's the roughest part of this place.
