The pictures of the Pool and hot tub area are wonderful, the area is terrible and in need of repair. It was not a nice stay, and the neighbors were terribly loud. This would not be the hotels fault, acept, the upstairs floor squeeked so bad, and they walked all night long! The floors should not make that much noise, and they need to replace the floor in our bathroom as well. The staff never asked how our stay was, but were very pleasent.

It’s an old property, but the new owner is renovating. I did not recommend this property last year, but this year is a different story. I will definitely stay here again

An elderly woman fell hitting her head near the elevator on a rug..the employees helping her said "yes we have fallen here" that woman needed medical help, so get with the program and make it safe for everyone. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable in room 334. And we could see daylight between the window and the wall

This hotel has access to airport car return although navigation to the rental return lot is confusing. The room was clean. The Landing Restaurant right across from the hotel allowed us to get a quick bite to eat. The front desk staff person was difficult to hear/understand as they spoke very softly & had to be asked several times to speak up. Appreciated that a "wake up call" for 4 a.m. was available so as not to miss our flight.
