Was forced to purchase a second room because of my children knowing full well there were other families staying at the property with more than two children. Then was told that the property isn’t really trying to accommodate “families” that they are more so trying to accommodate a “business” kind of customer while having a water slide at their pool. Absolutely terrible hospitality for what I thought was supposed be the “hospitality” business. I’m out $150 so I will not stay again and will not recommend.

The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and in good condition. The staff were courteous and helpful. The overall hotel was clean and smelled good. The food was good, good variety and decent prices. What i didn't like was only 1 elevator was working on a busy balloon festival weekend.

General manager, Michelle was horrible. She was rude. Our rooms were dirty. She had an attitude we came from Colorado Springs for youth football of course the kids wanted to enjoy the pool wasn’t even quiet time . She yelled at the kids for being loud remind you quiet time was at 10 and it was 8 o’clock on a Friday night wouldn’t recommend this hotel to even my enemies

Asked for cleaning service to the room before we left for day at 10am. Room was not touched. Called at 5pm to see what they could do and they said we can give you towels if you come down to get them. Limited sincerity on an apology.
