The property was formerly a Howard Johnson. The staff was exceptional and the place was VERY clean. It’s located right near the intersection of two major highways yet was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only two things I didn’t like were the fact that there really was not a gym. In a room in the basement they had a weight machine but no option for cardio. Also, the hot breakfast was biscuits and gravy everyday. The gravy did not look the least bit appetizing. I opted for the Belgium waffles which were AMAZING!! I would have liked if they at least offered yogurt. But you could stay here and not even care about a weight room or biscuits and gravy. Like I said, I’d stay here again.

Worst hotel ever!
I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. There was hair in the tub, a bug on the chair,dirty carpet, and the coffee filter from the previous person was in the coffe pot. Overall dirty. We heard every car that passed by on the highway nearby. Slamming doors from people going in and out of their rooms all night. I maybe got 3 hours of sleep at night. We had to get a room at another hotel. I asked for my money back but was told i had to go through my third party. So that's what I'm doing now. Please refund my for the second night.

Place was nice great view of the balloon festival . Staff was friendly and kind . Would stay again . If your a light sleeper get a room facing away from the freeway. A little white notice cancelled it all out for me . Great view of the balloons would stay here again

The staff working during the 2024 Balloon Fiesta were amazing. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The WIFI was awful and considering I was also trying to work remotely - that was an issue. It worked in the lobby but not really anywhere else. The hotel itself is a mess and the area around it is gross and full of garbage but the room was clean and did what we needed it for.

Location only redeeming value
Toilet ran constantly. I had maintenance up twice and the next time I flushed it ran again even with new flapper. Black out curtain had lots of holes in it. None of the lights on the elevator buttons worked. Could not see stripes in parking lot. Had it not been during Balloon Fiesta with rooms hard to find, I would have looked for another location. I did have a great view of the balloons in the air.
