Myself and my family will never stay at La Quinta Hotel in Northeast Albuquerque. They have bedbugs. The main reason we left immediately. And still waiting on a refund.

Decent Hotel, no vending machines
Decent hotel. The room was clean, which is the most important thing. The parking lot was a little gross. Great breakfast bar. No vending machines on property. I had to drive 2-3 miles away just to buy a bottle soft drink.

We have to changed room 3 times. Noisy, water on the floor. Dirty towel on the sink and the curtain changing down. Computer down, have to wait to check in.

We used to be regular La Quinta customers, but once Wyndham acquired, La Quinta is now a non-starter. We had to try 3 times to get working room keys; the TV controls were faulty; there was no small fridge—told it was a “regular” room—and breakfast had far fewer options. Oddly enough, our stays at Days Inn—also a Wyndham—were very good. We also used to have a Wyndham resort membership but got rid of it upon discovering that we could only get reservations through other travel sites because “Wyndham doesn’t own all the rooms”—according to their own statements—but can still sell memberships.
