Overall it’s what you pay for a cheap stay, there were a lot of homeless and people walking around the hotel. It felt unsafe. Inside it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast is nice, waffles/bagels and other complementary. Which was nice but again, homeless people sleeping inside on the tables it felt unsafe, for two adults or males it would be okay, kids women, I’d stay away

Poor communication among the staff . The room did not have any soap or towels. I asked at the front desk. They told me that they have been filled, but they hadn’t. door latch did not lock reported it to front desk. I asked in the morning. About my issues they were not aware. Upon check in , the clerk made us n 2 other persons wait while she counted the money

Stay went well, except attempting to check in and the guy could not find my reservation number. This is the first time this has happened at any hotel I’ve been at and so I had to wait a while before getting in my room (all of this after getting off of work mind you). But once it all got figured out, I was able to get to my room and do all the things. Sometimes ran into shady characters here, but otherwise the trip went as expected.

What can I say? I paid a low price and got what I paid for. TV didn't work. Wifi was useless. Noisy people at all hours of the day and night. The beds were saggy and uncomfortable. The room was cleaned once and they didn't even dump the trash. Homeless people were camping right outside the front gate. The only good thing about our stay was that the front desk staff was courteous and helpful.
