Filthy and covered in dog poop
It was nice enough with friendly staff but the room was run down. Broken ice machine, broken garbage disposal and leaking sink. Having to contact them multiple times on problems cut into trying to relax at night. The rest of the room was nicely decorated. But out side of the room was awful! Dog poop everywhere, chain smokers, bbq not accessible for non smokers. Couldn’t take my dog to designated areas for him I had to walk thru the smoking area. Having chronic lung issues this was hazardous to my health. Needs painted, carpet is filthy not sure when it was last vacuumed. Trash everywhere. Will NOT recommend to my colleagues who are coming to Albuquerque later this month.

The rooms are large and plenty of room with a full kitchen. The room showed age and use, chair had cracks older cabnets, but they were very clean in the room and the bathroom was updated. The pet fee is good if you have multiple dogs or longer stays since it's a one time fee. The trash in the hall was full and overflowing outside. Parking fee per night is annoying could just add it in to room price up front. Some people didn't pick up after their pets outside but that's not the hotels fault it's just rude people. The do have a dog area with bags they could have used. Overall good place to go with pets and appreciated the clean spacious room.

Great place to stay for the Balloon Fiesta. Queen suite has stove, etc. Park and ride to Coronado Plaza for hassle-free park/ride. Great free internet and a wonderful staff. This is where I'll stay for next year's balloon fest

Pet friendly hotels should not have carpeted rooms. My room smelled so strongly of urine that I requested they come in and clean the carpets--which masked the smell for 1/2 a day. But after that the pee smell was back. Would not recommend.

Clean, comfortable stay
What a nice surprise! Super clean, hands on management making sure everything is in good shape. Comfortable room with seating, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Great breakfast in the morning: eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee and I'm probably forgetting something. Will definitely stay here again!

Acceptable for short stay...
Hotel was ok. Smell of pot throughout the building and in the room. It is located in an industrial park area. However, room was clean. Had some kitchen utensils, 2 knives, 3 spoons, etc. Enough for 2 people. We prefer staying at places that have a separate seating area, and the kitchenette was a plus.

When I got there I was greeted very nicely and got my keys quick, the first room I had did have mold in the tub but the front desk was very nice and Accommodating and switched my room, the second room was 10x better ! It was near a Walmart and other food places which was nice. I would stay again !
