The staff was RUDE! Especially the manager! Said they had an "indoor pool". Looks like its been out of order forever. The door from our room out to it had the locks drilled out. They advertised that they serve breakfast BUT THEY DONT! Nothing but coffee! Their linens were in TERRIBLE condition. Small thin towels and bed linens with holes burned in them. I did not even have a night stand. They said every room had a fridge and microwave but we didnt. This place was absolutely the WORST! Id just as soon sleep in my car!

I stayed there for 5 nights. The bed was not clean and the sheets were not changed anytime during my stay. The microwave in my room was no good. I asked my for non-smoking room and the room they have had some smoke smell and the manger told previous customers must have smoked and he cannot do anything about it. I will suggest this place to anyone.

String to hold shower head
The handicap shower head was held up with a string tied to the bar. The only chair was broke. The wall around the sink looked like an old sink was pulled out and new sink put in without fixing the drywall. There were holes in the walls. The staff was friendly, and it was clean, but it was badly in need of repair

I don't understand how places like this continue to be listed as decent safe lodging. Concrete pieces missing from the steps on the stairs. Nasty dingy towels, dirty floors, cigarette Burns of the linens. I had booked the room for two nights in hopes of attending the Albuquerque international balloon Festival. We only wound up staying the one night because we were tired. Checked out the next morning and I have yet to receive my refund for the second night. Will never go back to this property ever.

The absolute worst stay we have ever had. We checked in and were handed two sets of towels for a family of four and the towels were stained and had hairs on them. The area is not clean and we were surrounded by drug deals and homeless people. We walked into the room and the smell of cleaning products was so strong and yet the room was absolutely filthy. There were cockroaches and stains and cigarette burns all over the stained sheets. Beds had two small pillows each and the curtains had holes and didn’t close properly. The pool was empty and the back patio door was nasty and the patio curtain was held halfway closed with a hook safety pin. This was the absolute worst place we have ever been too and looked nothing like the photos at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don’t waste your money and health
I checked in around 7:30pm and the room wasn’t even ready. The lobby was dirty. When I finally got a room, the air conditioner was blowing hot air. The bedsheets was torn and so discolored and disgusting. The curtains are torn and not hanging properly. The toilet bowl is discolored with rust and kept flushing through the night. Health department should definitely check it out

There was no trash can in the room so it was very inconvenient, the towels were so old that the fibers came out and got all over my face and body, the reception staff was unfriendly.The bathtub was creaky, the water didn't drain well and everything was terrible.

No towels, bathroom was falling apart moulding was just laying on the floor. Hole in the bathroom that was taped over and tape was coming off. Smoke detector was inside of the drawer. Curtains were old and did not close properly. Cigarette stains all over. Unable to contact anyone at the front desk and no remote for the TV. IF I Could give a mines star they deserve -10. Will not stay here again and won't recommend. We did not have a choice for another hotel (after seeing all this) wouldn't stayed the pictures were deceiving.

An inspector should go and check this hotel out,
The stay was the worst ever, the room was dirty with bed bugs, the air conditioner not working the toilet seat broken with a big crack, the shower tub feels like falling off , no remote control for the tv. We have to change 3 rooms because of all things not working, the pillow cases with yellow stain and burn cigarette sheets . I will never go back and I don’t recommended at all. The owner didn’t even care for any complain and on the website this hotel shows as temporary closed .no cleaning standards at all.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This property is a complete rip off. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The linens were stained, the room was dirty and major need of renovation. There was no fridge or hardly anything in the room besides the two beds, a desk, an old office chair, and a small TV. Plenty of dead and alive bugs. After staying the first night (because I had no other option), I booked another hotel for the remaining two nights, dropped off the key, and informed the front desk I would cancel the last two nights. However I was told to call the owner the following day AND that there was a “24hr cancellation notice.” When Expedia agents tried to advocate for me the property owner denied the cancellation request. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

Sketchy AF!!!! If you’re not a meth head or crack head DONT STAY HERE! Extremely unsafe! Towels are not standard in the rooms. Blankets are not standard in the rooms. No refrigerator or microwave standard in the rooms. Bed bugs. Worst experience ever! Feel bad for the staff that have no control of conditions. Wyndham should be to even offer rooms at this property. They ARE NOT pet friendly. At booking it said pet friendly but at check in you will be charged $20 per pet per day! The even have a sign at check in saying NO PETS. Horrible nightmare experience.

Never stayed in a worse room before. Terribly patched holes in most walls of the room, bathroom door was falling apart being held together by tape and screws, several holes in the wall of the shower patched with special tape, no trash can or tissues provided, tub would creek so bad you would think you’re going to fall through, air conditioner being held together with wire, and the toilet would take four flushes to get anything down and no it was not plugged.
