Disappointed. Our car broke down and we couldn’t make our booking. I understand they weren’t going to give a refund but they hotel would not give us a credit. We drive up and down the Hume a lot. Maybe lost a semi regular customer….

No ‘pay at property’ option.
Stay was comfortable. The rooms are exactly like the photos. Close to main road so a bit of traffic noise. Close to shops. Car parking available. Be aware if you chose the ‘pay at property’ option when booking. Unfortunately this hotel charges the credit card Hotels.com uses to guarantee your booking, before you check in. So no option to pay by other means as it’s processed well before check in. Even when questioned the receptionist informs you that Hotels.com/Expedia did not communicate ‘pay at property’ information, so they automatically charge the card supplied at booking. Therefore, I would advise pay upfront to get the discount rate.

This is close to the city centre. Reception was friendly and helpful and cheery, which at 8pm at night for a motel, was surprising and appreciated. The room was comfortable and clean and provided the usual basics, the coffee sachets weren't the usual Nescafe,can t remember what they were but they were better.
