We stopped over Albury on our drive to Melbourne and this was def worth the money. We had the two queen bed room and it was spacious enough for a family of 4. There was a restaurant and room service available for Brekky and dinner. Otherwise Harris farm Coles Aldi was also within distance. There’s also lots of fast food options within 2-5 min drive. There’s a small playground for the kids and an indoor pool with spa and sauna which was perfect for us because it was a bit cold to swim in the big outdoor pool. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was across the room too so that was handy. Staff we did speak too was really helpful! Will def stay here again!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Australia. It is of resort quality. Quiet, secure and excellent amenities. It also reasonably priced.

We only stayed one night but my son loved the pool and spa areas - they are well maintained and clean. The room itself was large and clean, noting that the rooms are old but they are clean and tidy and have all you need for a good nights sleep.

It’s quite run down, the pool area is dated and could do with a revamp. The wall in our room had old soft drink stuck to it from a previous guest. The games room had no ping pong balls for use with the ping pong table. Our room was directly across from the main building generators so it was quite noisy

Great for kids, rooms need to be improved.
We arrived after driving all day, only to find the room we were given had not been cleaned properly. Went back to reception and they kindly switched us to another room. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and overall pretty clean. It's due for an update as it is starting to date. The kitchenette has a toaster, kettle and small fridge (old). No plates or cutlery, just small tea cups, saucers and teaspoons. Nothing for cleaning up at all which I found a big let down for the cost of the room. The little details matter. We went out to explore the area the next day and we returned to find housekeeping had left our door unlocked which was very aggravating. Luckily nothing had been taken. Told reception who simply said, I'll let management know. The resort style pool is very impressive with a water slide, caves with hot pools and a sauna. Mini golf, ping pong table, pool table, playground, indoor heated pool, another sauna and sombrero hat heated pool are all great for families and kids. Breakfast restaurant overlooks the large pool, although we didn't eat there so can't say how breakfast was. We had dinner in the bullring restaurant at the front of the resort. The atmosphere is good, but honestly it's overpriced. We waited almost an hour for our meals and some of it was overcooked (seafood). The wait staff were lovely, but we wouldn't eat there again. The room rates seem to be more for the pool and play areas than for the rooms. Our daughter had fun but we won't be back.
