The price I paid plus 15.00 after I was there. They charged for my cat . They not clean and room had to be sprayed, well you better have shoes on the carpet stunk and was very sticky tv didn’t work. The 15.00 was just to get the extra money that Expedia didn’t charge. My cats litter box was cleaner then the nasty room.!!! It was a rip off and I will never stay there again

The room was just nasty. The bedding was greasy. Ask for non smoking room but got a smoking. Holes in the bedding. Slept with my gun on the side of my pillow

Horrible Bed Bugs.

I have booked with Hotels.Com before and have NEVER had an experience like this. This establishment needs to be removed from this website. First room has blood stains on the sheets and the bathtub was dirty. Second room had a hole in the ceiling and BED BUGS. It was partially my fault booking here, as I didn't really pay attention cause the name alone of the hotel should have sent off warning bells, but I didn't realize till I arrived. At that point it was already 2am and I had no choice. 4 hours later I was up with 20+ bedbug bites all over me. I brought the actual bugs to the front office and they felt that it was just best to give me a refund on one day and not the whole trip. Then when I asked for the name of the owner they refused to give it to me. That's not going to stop me from calling the health department and code compliance. Horrible customer service, horrible filthy rooms. I hated the whole stay.

Very poor conditioned building. Holes in every wall. Dirty/stained sheets, floor, sinks, tub. Nothing worked for refreshments. Loud rooms all over.. just overall bad place.

Yall book the wrong date the day I booked it was the night I needed it!!! Had an emergency in Alexandria and when I got there she said it was for the 28rh I didn’t need it that day and she couldn’t change it so I didn’t stay and it was non refundable
