Check in took much time like 2 hours and we were staying one night only and check out was only till 1pm and they called to follow up several times, room wasn’t clean, full of sand on the floor. Location is awesome, they should make guests more comfortable compared to the price they take.

I loved this property. The reception staff greeted us with open arms, they were very professional, nice and friendly. The hotel is very clean and tidy, it always smells good around the reception area. I would definitely pay this hotel another visit whenever i’m in Alexandria!

The staff are so nice and polite and the hotel is tidy but they need to stop controlling the price and making the hotel seem like it’s fully booked when it’s not so they can overcharge customers.

Great place with an outstanding access to the beach. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Security is top notch. Only negative is food and beverage, very poor selection. I have been going there for 2 years multiple stays and I finally decided to order food from outside the hotel, the choices never changed. Low level food servers such as waiters and waitresses are outstanding but their supervisors are so rude you can see and hear the supervisor verbally abusing their employees. Overall, the stay was very good

I absolutely loved this hotel. From minute you get there you feel like royalty and the staff is all amazing with a smile on their face they treat you like VIP and check on your happiness. They go above and beyond I’m happy to say that we were so pleased with this hotel that we stayed another night. Thank you to all the staff that made our 3 days perfect !!

Relaxing
We stayed for 4 nights while I was recovering from surgery. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, always very friendly and helpful. Gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The room was spacious and tidy, a few bits of wear and tear such as the reading lights not working and one of the beds was a bit squeaky. We had a problem with the door key one day but they very quickly fixed the problem. They have a lot of weddings here so be prepared for music until midnight/1am.
