Σε κεντρικο σημειο της πολης με ιδιοτικο χωρο παρκινγκ. Το δωματιο καθαρο και ευρυχωρο αλλα το σημαντικοτερο, που δεν αναφερεται καπου στην περιγραφη, ειναι οτι το δωματιο της σοφιτας δεν εχει παραθυρο αλλα φεγγιτες.
