Wir wollten keine riesige Hotelanlage in erster Strandlage mit All-Inclusive-Angebot und Unterhaltungsprogramm. Stattdessen suchten wir ein Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern in untouristischer Lage mit Pool, Frühstück, rustikalem Ambiente und einer zentralen Lage, um die Insel zu erkunden. Algaida Suite entsprach dem zu 100%. Personal/Service: Am Anreisetag war ein Telefonat nötig, da wir erst am Abend ankamen und die Rezeption dann nicht mehr besetzt war. Wir erhielten dann auf's Handy die nötigen Informationen, um an unsere Zimmerkarte zu gelangen. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte täglich und gründlich. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zurückhalten, bei Fragen hilfsbereit. Zimmer: verhältnismäßig große Zimmer mit Sitzbereich und großzügigem Bad. Schönes, authentisches Ambiente, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Schränke waren sehr groß, das Bett bequem. Im Bad standen die üblichen Pflegeartikel bereit. Kosmetikspiegel wäre noch sinnvoll gewesen. Hotel: Untergebracht in einem traditionellen mallorquinischen Gebäude mit einem kleinen Innenhof und Garten. Schöner Pool mit Liegen. Gastro: Frühstücksbüffet, bei 9 Zimmern sollte man keine riesige Auswahl erwarten. Es waren Käse, mehrere Sorten Wurst (regionale Spezialitäten), Obst, Joghurt, Cerialien, Süßes (auch Mandelkuchen) da. Gute Qualität und lecker. Dazu O-Saft, Tees und Kaffee/Milchkaffee etc. Super! Lage: Flughafen und Strände 20 Fahrminuten, guter Ausgangspunkt zur Inselerkundung. 3 Minuten zu Fuß in die Ortsmitte.

Don't book it if you want to sleep!

We arrived late at night so the key for our room was prepared in a safe outside the hotel. Even though the hotel wasn't fully booked we were given the noisiest room directly at the street. That's very poor treatment. We've been to the hotel before and expected a bit of service. As I mentioned before, the room No.1 is directly at the street and very noisy, so even with ear plugs no chance to get some hours of quiet sleep - very disappointing! Breakfast is nothing special but quite good. The atmosphere is more of a hostel than a hotel what it is supposed to be! So, we won't return for a 3rd time for sure!!!

Kleines charmantes Stadthotel in Algaida

Wir waren 2 Tage im Oktober in diesem Hotel. 15 Minuten zum Flughafen, in Palma ist man auch schnell. Dort kann man in den Seitenstraßen am Segelhafen kostenlos parken. Es gab gutes Frühstück und Kaffee, Pool und Liegestühle im Garten zum relaxen. Allerdings gab es kein Kühlschrank in unserem großen Zimmer im Erdgeschoß.

Charmant petit hotel

Pros: Le calme, le cadre
Cons: Entretien du jardin, nettoyage de la piscine. Solution de parking
Location: Au cœur de l île à 15 min de platja de palma
Chambre spacieuse, cadre mignon. Seul hic: pas de parking!
