This is my third stay here and this is the first time that I am disappointed. Housekeeping does a good job. Kudos to Fatma! She is very polite, courteous, and does an impeccable job. The rest of the staff is globally kind but very confused. You have to wait for a long time to get an answer and when you do, it is unhelpful.

Great for business travel
I started approx 2 weeks. Overall very good and friendly . Food was ok in restaurant. Breakfast was not well organised and not easy getting a coffee. The Friday and Sat buffets for lunch and dinner were amazing. Next door to large GardenCity Mall walking safe area.

They tried to kick us out because of an organized government event, they wanted to cancel our reservation so they can give our room to the event’s staff. So unprofessional of them.
