The property was family friendly, and the staff was courteous and responsive. However, there were many issues with the stay including leakage in the rooms, slow service in the restaurant, among others - that took away from the overall experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Travelled with my mom who needs wheel chair and the whole property is wheel chair friendly and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Food is delicious and there a lot of options.

Not a good stay!
No hand towels, no tissues. On asking for mini bar items, they said no consumption so they don’t keep mini bar. On ordering room service, no cutlery or extra Bowls were sent. No salad or condiments sent with the Indian food. We were not given late check out due to entire hotel being booked for an event, however availability was there for all rooms online.
