We stay 3 nights, the hotel is renovated, but is not at a good standard. must improve Parking- no parking available, but you can park for free on a grey/ white lines- 10 min away; Lift- not working properly , a guest was stuck in the lift, he was screaming for help and reception just come and say to him to wait and they went and left him alone in the lift; Gym- not ready, can not be used Tv- not working, reception said they know about the issues but we couldn’t use it during our stay Balcon- no chair, no table No view Room- very very small no place to keep your baggage The water provided in the room is tap water Coffee was not provided for the room The room is not clean properly the dust the left of the paint everywhere, the toilet is minuscule and the light is so bad as I can not even do my makeup The size of the coridor the list the room Good: Beach towels are provided for a 10euro deposit Staff: polite Welcome voucher for 2 drinks- nonalcoholic

Bonjour, C’est à contre cœur que je me vois contraint de refuser de laisser un avis positif pour cet établissement. Autant je tiens à souligner la qualité du personnel, qui s’est montré aimable et professionnel, autant le service global m’a déçu. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude disponible, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, et l’appartement semblait être en travaux, d’après ce que j’ai compris. Ce sont des points essentiels pour un séjour confortable qui n’ont malheureusement pas été respectés. Je reconnais cependant que l’emplacement est correct et bien desservi par les transports, mais ces quelques aspects positifs ne suffisent pas à compenser les désagréments rencontrés. Cela permet de rester poli tout en exprimant ton mécontentement de manière constructive.

El hotel para empezar estaba en reforma. Y para lo que pagamos nos pusieron una habitación al lado de todas las zonas de acceso por lo que se escuchaba a todo el mundo, la insonorización brillaba por su ausencia. No nos limpiaron la habitación ninguno de los 3 días hasta el final, que cambiaron la sábana, pusieron alguna toalla más, pero no le pasaron ni una mano donde lo necesitaba, en la mesa, ningún sitio fuera de lo común. El personal bastante frío, solo se dedicaron a desempeñar su trabajo con un trato bastante distante. Para lo que pagué no volvería, segurísimo.

El hotel acababa de abrir hace unos días cuando fuimos, habían cosas que no estaban terminadas: El parking aún no está terminado, es difícil aparcar cerca del hotel las calles son estrechas y algunas zonas son azules. Nuestra habitación tardaron en dárnoslas, llegamos a las 11:00 nos dejaron dejar la maleta nos fuimos a dar una vuelta ya que a las 14:00 era el check in, dejamos tiempo que pasara y volvimos al hotel a las 17:30 aún la habitación no estaba preparada tuvimos que esperar otra media hora más. Al subir a la habitación olía a restos de obra (tuvimos que dormir todas las noches con la ventana abierta), la nevera no tenía nada ni agua, en el baño había algún desperfecto en la zona de la ducha ya que unos de los botes no se sujetaba en la pared, TV no funcionaba ya que no sincronizaba canales, y no había teléfono para llamar a recepción. Se me olvidaba de 4 ascensores que había solo funcionaba uno. A pesar de estas pequeñas incidencias el personal fue muy amable y solutivo. El hotel está situado andado a 20 minutos de la playa y a 7 minutos de la estación de tren Lucero que está te lleva a la playa de san Juan. Repetiremos sin dudar el hotel, ya que valoramos que estas incidencias han sido porque llevan pocos días.

Mi casi buena experiencia
Me ha gustado la habitación: el baño cuando hemos llegado tenía jabón, champoo, gel de ducha, acondicionador, cepillos, cremas y hasta zapatilla para andar en la habitación. Mi pareja y yo nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. El único detalle fue que cuando nos guardaron las cosas en la taquilla al regresar y sacarlas nosotros mismos, nos dimos cuenta que la puerta de la taquilla estaba abierta. La próxima visita a Alicante vendré al mismo hotel y lo recomendaré
