They were so nice and friendly. Even when our check in was programmed at 2 o’clock pm. And we were tired from a long flight. They offered us other services while they accommodated our room quick for us to rest. We got in our beautiful room no later than 11:00am. I really appreciated that because my children were really tired 😴. Everything was perfect. It was near by of everything.

Great location, clean and neat.
The apartment was in a great, central location. Close to restaurants, bars and easily walkable to the beach. Very clean and neat with plenty of kitchen equipment if you want to cook. Roof terrace is lovely, gets busy but we managed to get a lounger most days. Pool is small but perfect for cooling off. Air conditioned so nice and cool. Password entry to both front door and apartment so no worries about losing keys. Only downside was the front doorbell/intercom was pressed repeatedly late on saturday night/early sunday morning, assuming drunk passer bys.

We stayed with our two teenage daughters. The property was extremely clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The aircon was very effective so we all slept really well, even though it was very hot outside! The communication with Rocio was very detailed and she was extremely helpful. The location was great, right in the thick of it, but high enough to be disturbed by the street noise outside. Thanks for a great stay!!

Had a fabulous week. Apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Loved the roof top pool. Excellent location for restaurants and bars. Only downside was we stayed a week and didn’t get the promised clean half way through so ended up washing the towels etc ourselves.

I was there with other 5 friends, room was very clean and it si in a strategic position to take bus, taxi or go out to the rambla by walk. There is a very nice pool on the top with a great view, also in the s. Barbara castle. We’ll back here for sure!

100% recomendable.
100% recomendable. Ubicación inmejorable; no se necesita el coche si no pretendes salir de la ciudad. Muy céntrico. Perfecto para ir andando desde la estación de tren, a la playa, al puerto, al centro de la ciudad,... Rodeado de sitios para comer y comprar. Instalaciones ideales. La piscina está muy bien para estar en una azotea, rodeada de mesas, sillas, tumbonas, sillones y con unas vistas espectaculares. La zona de lavandería está perfectamente insonorizada, se puede utilizar las 24 horas y es gratuita. Todo está nuevo, muy bien cuidado y limpio. Al edificio y a la habitación se accede con clave, por lo que no necesitas llevar una llave. El apartamento inmejorable, con todo lo necesario. Perfectamente insonorizado, por lo que a pesar de estar en el centro, con las ventanas cerradas, no se oyen ruidos. WIFI gratis y televisión con plataformas. Personal muy agradable y dispuestos a ayudar. Te informan perfectamente de todo y te ayudan en lo que necesites. Se esforzaron por darnos dos apartamentos en la misma planta. Todo facilidades. Aunque el apartamento hay que dejarlo por la mañana, te permiten utilizar la piscina todo el día y dejar las maletas en sus taquillas de forma gratuita. Estuvimos una semana y a mitad de la instancia limpian el apartamento y cambian sábanas y toallas. Si vuelvo a Alicante, tengo claro que reservaré en este alojamiento otra vez.

Résidence très bien située (idéal pour bien profiter des Fogueres) bus, tram et commerces à proximité Logement propre et bien équipé. Bon canapé lit Il y a une buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge gratuit au RdC Jolie terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur le château de Santa. La piscine est très petite. Point négatif les odeurs du five guys qui se trouve juste à côté que l'on respire quand on est sur la terrasse
